Shipping Policy

We ship our products typically within 24 hours of your order. Shipping is done at our facility and your products are packed with care. If you receive your product damaged please email us a photo of the damaged products and we will reship your order to you, your emailed photo must be received to us within 24 hours of you receiving your product for us to ship you a new product. We cannot control how the shipping companies handle our boxes so there are times your box will be damaged but the product inside is still intact. Damage to shipping boxes does not mean your product received damage. 

We ship using the USPS and UPS. 

Here at Zelda Wisdom™, we strive to get your order to you and complete shipping and delivery as quickly and easily as possible. Most orders placed before 1 PM Pacific Standard Time Mon–Fri will leave our Deer Park, Washington warehouse the very same day.

Processing Time: Processing refers to order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging. All orders placed before 2 PM PST are sent to our facility fulfillment team, processed, and shipped within 24 hours after the order is placed. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with the tracking code to the email address you used to place the order.

US Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our facility in Deer Park, Washington, to the destination. Orders are shipped by the US Postal service (USPS). Should you choose the $5 shipping option, you can expect your order within 3 business days if you are on the West Coast or within 3–5 business days for the Mid and East Coast; with USPS Priority, you can expect it within 1–2 business days for the West Coast or 2–3 business days for the East Coast. Please note: these shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

International Shipping Time: International Shipping and Delivery Time refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our facility to the destination. Orders are shipped by the US Postal service. After processing and leaving the facility items usually take between 1–2 weeks, but could take up to 5 weeks to arrive depending on your location. However, due to extenuating circumstances (weather, holidays, logistics, etc.), some shipments may take longer than others. Once a package leaves the US border to the destination country, it is out of our hands. If delayed delivery is being experienced, please contact the carrier directly. We cannot issue any refunds for packages not delivered internationally if a carrier shipping delay occurs outside of the USA.
